This year, the Knights of Columbus Sancta Familia Council 11498 proudly sponsored the 2025 annual Keep Christ in Christmas Poster Contest, a cherished tradition that encourages creativity and reflection on the true meaning of Christmas. This initiative not only aims to engage the youth of our community but also serves as a platform for them to express their artistic talents while contemplating the significance of faith during the holiday season. Each poster had a criteria of, slogan, artistic merit, and overall impact. This would not have been possible without the support and assistance of our Director of Religious Education at Church of the Holy Family Jane Hartey, Thank You very much!!
We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to each of the finalists who participated in this inspiring contest. Their hard work, dedication, and creativity truly shone through in their artwork, and we are grateful for the effort they put into their submissions. We also want to acknowledge the families of these young artists, as their support and encouragement play a crucial role in nurturing their talents and fostering a spirit of creativity.
As a token of our appreciation, each finalist will receive a certificate recognizing their achievement, along with a monetary award of $25. This small gesture is intended to honor their commitment to the values we cherish and to encourage them to continue pursuing their passions in the arts. (Please see each finalist name and their poster below)
Furthermore, we are excited to invite all finalists and their families to join us as honored guests at our upcoming February social meeting, which will take place on Thursday, February 19, at 7:30 PM. This gathering will not only celebrate the accomplishments of the finalists but also provide an opportunity for fellowship among community members. We encourage everyone to come together in a spirit of joy and community, sharing in the warmth of the season and the message of Christ’s love that we strive to keep alive during Christmas and throughout the year.
We look forward to seeing you there and celebrating the creativity and faith of our young artists!
