On Saturday Oct. 18th 2025, we spent together as a community with the Church of the Holy Family Parish family was nothing short of amazing. It was a day filled with spiritual enrichment, bonding, and shared faith as we embarked on a pilgrimage to The National Centre for Padre Pio, located in the serene and picturesque town of Barto, Pennsylvania. This remarkable journey was not just a trip; it was a pilgrimage that brought us closer to our faith and to one another. As we gathered early in the morning, a sense of excitement and anticipation filled the air. Approximately 100 dedicated parishioners joined together for this special day, each person bringing their own intentions and prayers, ready to deepen their spiritual journey. The atmosphere was vibrant with laughter and conversation as we boarded the buses, united in our purpose and eager to experience the blessings that awaited us at the center. Upon our arrival at The National Centre for Padre Pio, we were greeted by the tranquil beauty of the surroundings, which served as a perfect backdrop for a day dedicated to prayer and fellowship. The center is not only a place of worship but also a sanctuary that honors the life and legacy of Saint Padre Pio, whose profound faith and miraculous works have inspired countless individuals around the world. As we stepped onto the grounds, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace and reverence, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the day's activities. Throughout the day, we participated in various spiritual practices, including guided prayers, meditations, and reflections that helped us connect with our faith on a deeper level. The atmosphere was filled with a spirit of devotion as we gathered in prayer, seeking the intercession of Saint Padre Pio for our personal intentions and the needs of our community. The experience was not only uplifting but also transformative, as we shared our hopes and struggles in an environment of understanding and compassion. We are immensely grateful to everyone who contributed to making this pilgrimage possible. A special thanks must be extended to Father Bartoloma, whose leadership and guidance were instrumental in organizing this event. His dedication to fostering a strong sense of community among parishioners is truly commendable. Additionally, we express our heartfelt gratitude to Father Pham and Deacon Dean, whose support and presence added to the richness of our experience. Their spiritual insights and encouragement throughout the day helped deepen our understanding of faith and community.

Moreover, we owe thanks to all the volunteers and parish members who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that every detail of the pilgrimage was taken care of. From organizing transportation to coordinating meals and activities, their efforts did not go unnoticed. It is through the hard work and dedication of these individuals that we were able to enjoy a seamless and fulfilling day of worship and camaraderie. As we reflect on this amazing day spent with our parish family, we are reminded of the importance of fellowship and community in our spiritual lives.
