Santacruzan2025 Festival!

I was deeply honored to be a guest at the vibrant and culturally rich #Santacruzan2025 festival over this past weekend, held at The Catholic Community of Christ Our Light church in Cherry Hill, NJ. This annual celebration is not just an event; it is a beautiful manifestation of Filipino heritage and spirituality that brings together the community in a joyful and meaningful way.

The festival, which is steeped in tradition, showcases the stunning beauty of Filipino customs through colorful processions, elaborate costumes, and heartfelt rituals. Each element of the Santacruzan is a tribute to the search for the Holy Cross by Queen Helena, and it serves as a reminder of the deep faith and devotion that characterizes the Filipino people. The vibrant parades featured participants adorned in traditional attire, each representing different virtues and aspects of our faith, creating a visual feast that was both captivating and inspiring.
