I deeply appreciate Julie Vitale for sharing Brother Mike Vitale's heartfelt friendship with Cole (passed away on December 15, 2023) . The post above beautifully illustrates the profound impact the Knights of Columbus has on individuals during their times of grief and sorrow. The garden stands as a serene sanctuary, embodying the Knights' commitment to community service and the healing power of nature, offering solace to those who mourn. Within this nurturing environment, a strong sense of brotherhood flourishes, as members come together to support one another and honor the memories of their loved ones. We invite all current and prospective members to join us in fostering these connections and participating in our upcoming events that celebrate healing and fellowship within our community. Together, we can continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us.

Cole passed away on December 15, 2023. Cole and his twin sister, Maeve, and Michael were all 19 at the time. They had graduated from WTHS in June 2022.
"Michael waited patiently and checked the garden every week for almost a year to see if it had been installed, of course not mentioning to anyone. When the day came, he wrote to Cole’s Mom to tell her, his hope is that everyone coming into the prayer garden who sees his name by chance says a prayer for Cole."
God Bless
Julie Vitale
